Glaze Lab

GLAZE LAB APPLIES TO ALL TERM CLASSES, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF HANDS-ON CLAY SATURDAY.

Glaze Lab is the final class of each course and is where you will be guided through the glazing process.

Glaze Lab is an additional in-class cost of $6.00 per piece successfully made during class. The fee covers using MdR Ceramics glazes and other materials to finish your pottery made during the course and goes towards the glaze and kiln firing cost.

You will learn to use reactive glazes and layering techniques to create glaze effects and varying colour combinations.

MdR Ceramics offers an amazing array of glaze colours to meet everyone's taste. The selection on offer has been lovingly made and tested in-house at the MdR Ceramics studio.

All glazes are food and acid-safe. No commercially made glazes are used at MdR Ceramics.

In-person payments are made easy with a QR Code payment link in the studio.
